I think this just comes under current. These were taken from the beach at Caleta de Fuste,Fuerteventura, it's just on the edge of the landing path for the Airport.

It looks like heat haze was a major issue during your visit?

It does get hot there Martin, and windy - hence the name ('the windy island' in spanish). I stayed at same resort in 2014 and it was great for photography. I was at the Barcelo hotel and my balcony overlooked the flight path so I took rather a lot although I got some odd looks by the pool when I was photographing aircraft! All sorts of European operators visit there so quite nice for a holiday
nice set of pics Gugnunc and a reminder for me to go back sometime before long, maybe some winter sun next February.
