nice catch, is that the first time an An.124 has visited Newquay?

It did several times, At four miles out the sun re-appeared from behind a heavy cloud.

Since becoming a civilian airport yes! first visit. Although several visits when RAF St Mawgan, Ferrying Sea Kings to/from the Falklands.

not the first time no..... there has been a few in before and i think the last time one came in was 2004
