OTT Traffic from West Lancs 27/12/2015

Post by radiostationx » Wed Dec 30, 2015 9:10 pm

Some photos from 27th December ,including one I wanted to photograph for so long..an Air Tahiti a340 ,finally came my way heading westbound, a prize catch.. for me anyway.
A flooded garden didnt help , but here goes..

First up American Airlines and one of their A330s in the new colour scheme.

Next up , a BA 777 with one engine seemingly working harder than the other..but then again the triple 7 has more than enough power in reserve from those huge motors to "easy on a littl" :pop: while cruisin over to las vegas.

About 18 miles away,a bit further away than a perfect pass.. but worth a click me thinks ;)

One from 29/12/2015 a Swissair A330 in very poor viewing conditions due to turbulent upper air, the jetstream was moving things much faster than normal also Storm Frank was approaching.

lovely set and super quality. I think we could have allowed the C.17 as well just to complete your day's work.

the Air Tahiti is very nice and the BA 747 is caught nicely even though it's a bit more common.

hope the garden dries out soon, thanks for posting them Mike
