I went along to the village airstrip today with some canvasses for the clubhouse and members and met they guy who owns Jodel G-BLCT. He asked if I could do some photos of his aircraft for him and these are a few of what I took, nice winter light helped!
Afterwards he took me for a local flight, a bit bumpy due to the wind but still very enjoyable. He suggested trying some air to air shots next time and of course I accepted the challenge!

Lovely shots Andy. As for the air-to-air offer, well it would be rude not to accept wouldn't it. :D Think we need a green-eyed jealous smilie...

2 and 3 are absolutely fantastic Andy! Definitely do the air-to-air. If you can arrange for the photo ship to be a Cessna 150/152/172 or similar then that will help - you can usually open the windows fully which means no perspex causing distortion and reflections. We do that for shooting air-to-ground shots, but I haven't had chance to do air-to-air yet.

Great photos, I love 2 & 3 as well.
Thanks for listing residents. I enjoy seeing reports of other folks' airfields.
Hope you get your air-to-air.
Pete

thanks for the comments everybody.

I was asked if I could go there again today to take some photos. Sadly the farmer who owned the airstrip was killed in a farming accident 2 years ago and his widow and daughter now run the airfield. His daughter lives in the same cul de sac as me and knocked on my door to ask if I could go along as they were hoping to fly his Slingsby Firefly which is currently being sold and they want some photos of it before it departs - I happily obliged but sadly the weather was too poor for flying so it just did some ground runs.
The small hangar was open today so I had a look and completed my list of incumbents posted previously:

G-BCOI Chipmunk - we pulled it out first to get the Jodel out
G-BLCT Jodel 220 - flew
G-BWXP Firefly
G-BYBZ Jabiru
G-CBCZ Streak Shadow
G-CCUL Europa
G-CDTV Tecnam Sierra
G-CEXM Skyranger
G-RDHS Europa
G-ZSKY Skyranger

outside
G-AVPV Pa.28 covered over
G-AXPA B. Pup
G-BBZH Pa.28RT
G-BPAB Ce.150
G-GNRV Vans RV9 is based but not there at present - gone away for winter storage

the small hangar was locked so unable to see inside, that normally contains at least the following;
G-FRAN Piper Cub
G-MJKX Ultralight Phantom
G-MTNO Pegasus
G-MVDF Thruster
G-MVJG Chaser (wing hanging from roof, (assumed) body covered on floor
G-OTOP QuikR

no sign of G-MYUP Letov LK2, although there was another wing packed away on the rack on the hangar side
