looking at your photos that registration seemed to ring a bell with me but i have never seen any of the scottish air ambulances

then i twigged there is a cornwall air ambulance replica at lands end and that has got the same registration as the heli in your shots

Andy, I agree, the foliage makes for a better photo, but the conditions were very difficult, with the strong, low, sunlight casting deep shadows from adjacent trees.
