In last Tuesday, a Boeing 737-800 of the Panamanian Copa Airlines alternated his flight from Porto Alegre (POA / SBPA) to Florianopolis (FLN / SBFL), due to heavy fog on that city. First, thanks for the comment. Really, all the planes of the Copa Airlines have these two numbers, but this to me is also a mystery. I do not know the meaning of the front number.

COPA has had a close relationship with Continental (now United obviously) for a decade or two, hence the similar livery.
I would guess that the numbers on the nosewheel doors are fleet numbers that bear no relationship to the registration, like Air Canada etc. Just a guess though.
