KEMBLE AIRLINERS

A couple from Kemble taken over the last couple of days, including new arrival TS-INM which has since been re-registered M-ABCS:

Always an interesting place to visit with everything from microlights to B747s, civil and former military. Open and friendly, always a pleasure to visit with some good spotting/photography locations. Also great food and drink available at AV8! A big thank you to the ever friendly and helpful staff/officials for making some of these shots possible.

Regards

Mark :)

Great shots mate, I'm heading to Kemble tomorrow. Will AV8 be open? Cheers

Sorry not sure, but it was open Friday which was a bank holiday. Enjoyed a great sausage and bacon roll! Enjoy your visit.

Thanks for the help, where did you shoot the MK 747s from?
Cheers,

Shots 1,3 and 6 taken from A429 which runs along the southern edge of the airfield (large layby with good views of breaking area). 2, 4 and 5 taken from AV8/the tower. Note you can only access AV8 from "back gate" which is reached off the A433 which runs to the north of the airfield (small turning/lane but is signposted).

Hope this helps.

Cheers

Mark
