Is this the one based at Turweston? I walked around there last Friday and it was outside the hangar

Yes it is the one based at Turweston, should have said this photo was taken at Halfpenny Green where it night stopped between duties.

Nicely captured! I'm still not sold on the Bell 429, but it does look smart in this scheme!
