Summer came and went for Scotland.. EDI and ABZ

Post by Lossie15 » Fri Mar 08, 2013 5:50 pm

Over the past week or so, we've had some smashing weather in Scotland but it was all about to change.. :( Whilst visiting friends in the capital, I headed out to the Airport to see what I could get. I froze. Litterally couldn't feel my fingers and the weather was to put it bluntly; rubbish. Anyway, I will be head back soon hoping for some sun as the viewing of the aircraft is rather good!

It was a struggle in these conditions, I can assure you..

In Addition, I caught one of Thomson 737-8 (G-TAWK) today at Aberdeen...

That 737-8 is really Nice Mark :thumb:

That a one off test or do you know if it's going to be a semi-regular thing?

I ned to get myself back to Dyce - been a while since I changed bodies and now I've got a 70-300 again!

Cheers man!

That was heading out to Tenerife - So it's gonna be happening more often. Sometimes it's a 757, sometimes a 7378.. Just about luck I guess. I just constantly check the arrivals and departures board etc on my phone to see if anything like this is due!

And sweet, Looks like we're running the exact same set up ;)
