Unfortunately I don't think they do, no sign of it the last few times I have flown from there. These pics were taken on a mound at the back of one of the long stay car parks.

Its been a long time now that the viewing platform has been gone. I remember it in the early 90's when I was young heading up the steps from the main terminal.

Now the best places are by following the airport trail that will take you to the mound near the 27 end and round near the picnic tables where you get good shots of arrivals.
From the other end you can head up past the Nag's Head pub and see accross the runway the main apron and cargo.

There are other areas such as the mound you got those photos from but you don't always get to stay there and are sometimes moved on.
