Captains.

Thick fog at Newcastle earlier meant a go-around for the Dubai arrival, which I didn't actually get visual until she was nose up and climbing away...... however she got down on the second approach without a problem, although I didn't even see her as the fog really closed in.... nice work fellas..

Did you poke your lens through the padlock gap in the crash gate ... or were you able to see over that horrible 6 foot fence they have at the 25 end?

Just up from the crash gate, there's a road sign, with two large lumps of sandstone next to the fence, so standing on them, my 6ft 2ins gets me just above the wooden fence..... funny thing was, I spoke to Ranger in his jeep, and he was going to block my view by parking in the way, but he's a canny lad, so he did move!! Not great in the afternoon as shots become backlit, but effects are better later in the year, although the delta taxiway angle works well, but sacrificed some exposure compen to aviod the huge sun glare.

A fine selection Marcus, the lighting on No3 does it for me.
