Was the 250, but had a name change to 280 in November last year.

' Gulfstream Aerospace redesignated the super-midsize G250 as the G280 yesterday. In explaining the model name change, the company said, “As demand for Gulfstream business jets grows around the world, the move was prompted by the company’s sensitivity to the varied cultures of its international customer base.” Apparently, the number 250 in Mandarin is an insult meaning “stupid person.” Gulfstream would not confirm that this is the reason for the name change'
