Day 1, 27th November. Arrived at 1100 on the BA flight from Manchester, so after a short bus ride to Hatton Cross, it was 27L for departures;
First up, the aptly registered N772AN, and my future workplace behind (Hopefully

Then these things came out together, whilst the Emirates one landed on the Right;

Followed by a 330 which may, or may not, still be about in a few months;

Then a few more regulars;

These things really don't photograph well except in blue sky!

And one that seems to photograph well in any condition;

And another, was nice to get a couple of Braathens aircraft for a change;

OneWorld 747, was happy to get one of these, they seem to avoid me usually!

And then the sun came out, and aircraft started to get rather back lit until they were lined up;

And to finish, a proper aeroplane! I'm not too sure if the 40th anniversary logo-ing is the airline or the aircraft!

Day 2, a trip in to London to meet some friends and visit the Science Museum meant I didn't get back to Heathrow until 1445. Having been nice all day, it suddenly went cloudy, and very dark.

A quick visit to the BP at Hatton Cross for a drink and a sausage roll, and 27L was now in use for landing. Brisk walk down the A30 to Mrytle Avenue;

And as you can see, I was starting to struggle with blurries at this point!

And then I wasn't

And then I was again, so I gave up, went for something to eat, then back to the hotel to watch some T.V. and warm up a bit

And, finally, day 3. Turned up at T5 for my flight, which wasn't until 9pm, to see about being put on standby. BA's response "We don't do that" so it was 9 hours in T5, which is fine you're a millionaire, otherwise, it's a bit expensive!
Only shot of the day therefore, is this, caused by BA cutbacks.... (Not the best shot, but it was in the pouring rain through a terminal window!)

Hopefully you got to the end without giving up

Chris
