Apologies for the quality of the arrival shots as they were taken handheld in near zero light

Thanks for looking. Any comments are appreciated.
Is your camera still on BST, it's very dark in Inverness at 16.45?calum1991 wrote:Thanks for the comments folks. Had a look at the exif and these were taken from 16:45 onwards so it was getting pretty dark.
No problem, I always forget to change the time on my cameras too - I'm just off to do it now.calum1991 wrote:Mike, you're right. Should be 15:45 onwards.
Thanks. Yes Facebook doesn't do pictures much justice as they compress them quite a bit I believe.Jonay wrote:These look much better than the ones you posted on Facebook, stunning!

Thanks. I see what you mean about the crop on 2. Will chop the fence off later. I think I was worried about cropping it in too far originally.andygolfer wrote:they are really nice Callum, my favourites are the 2nd (with that background it looks stunning) and the 5th - the reflections finish it off nicely.
re the 2nd - you could possibly have cropped slightly tighter to remove the fence at the bottom of the pic, I think the background would still have looked as good without the fence distracting the eye. I know that's being rather critical but you asked for comments and that was one small thing that I noticed in the 2nd pic - still very very good though.
thanks for posting them and making me envyous.
