Blimey ! Six hours at the RVP would have cost a fortune. (Unless you arrived on foot of course !)

I still have one of the multi entry cards that they were doing just before the prices went up 25 visits for £25.00

But six hours would be £12.00 normal rate

I normally like going southside because it is better for taking photos, but single runway opps and using 05 L there was no point going over there yesterday

the RVP is expensive if you are on your own but if there is a few in the car then £12.00 between three or four is not to bad, many park on the wilmslow old road and walk in to save a few quid but you can bet they would be the first to moan if the place closed due to lack of funds, luckily the RVP is well supported by a steady flow of families who stay for an hour or two so keep the till ringing

it is one of the very few UK airports that still has a viewing park and facilities for the enthusiasts and family groups to view aircraft at close quarters
