Just a couple of GainJet's 737 SX-VIP at a chilly MAN this morning-a Newcastle diversion.

Nicely caught Gary.... Newcastle United's own 'away' aircraft, hence our crest to the right of the cabin door.

Heavy snow up here closed the airfield...... and the 'hold' was pretty busy at one point.

Strangely enough Gary, Durham Tees Valley was used by by 'SHT12H' from LHR (and FR172 from Dublin), landing for a short time, then taking off again for Newcastle... only to sit in 'the hold' for an hour before landing, followed very closely by the next arrival from LHR. The snow was very localised by all accounts, and apparently SX-VIP did get to Newcastle later in the day (yet to be confirmed), as Newcastle Utd need to get to Bordeaux for their next euro game.
