Stansted early morning 12-08-2020

I was up with the owls this morning to make a trip before the sun caused heat haze, I thought it was going to be bright by the forecast but went through a massive storm on the way there and there was cloud around dawn to the north and west when I took the first 2 arrivals at 6am, I then went off to catch the money lenders but the moist air caused a grotty haze on some shots and by 8.30 the heat haze was getting bad, here are some of what I got...

and I had some wildlife company for a few minutes, I thought I was going to find out the answer to that old riddle... how long is a hair on a hare's back?

it's been to Stansted a few times lately but bot sure where it's going. On Friday it was parked northside so not taking pax from the terminal and it departed to Frankfurt.

I've seen pics of it operating from Birmingham as well
