Delhi Indira Gandhi 2/4/19 req

Morning all, I came through the above airport on the 2nd April and by the Tower, where the stored ex Kingfisher ATR's are located were two Cessna twins and an Alouette. I've scoured the web, Plane Base and ADU base lists and anywhere else I can think of but to no avail. Long shot for sure but would anyone know the reggies please? Thank you
