Hi. In august i went to compton abbas airfield and a jet ranger took off as i got there. The reg was N-Z06HE. I can not find any info on it. If it was a g reg i could find out about it on the uk register but don't know where to look for N reg. I have found one site in the usa but it kept saying invald reg Hope someone can help
Thanks in advance
Stan
Did you know that registration to Civilian Aviation is completely free and brings you lots of added features? Find out more....

Re: Jet Ranger INFO
Hi Stan,
N206HE is a Jet Ranger, maybe you mis-noted the registration?
I saw her at Helitech last year.

Re: Jet Ranger INFO
Hi
American registrations can be found at http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinquiry/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
If there is a letter after the N ignore it. ( Older U.S. registrations often had a C after the N, but that is now 'not done', unless the FAA give you a special dispensation to apply the letter after the N ,i.e. usually only for historic aircraft).
So your NZ is N (probably 7, possibly 2) 06HE, but 7 comes up as non existant , leaving us with 2, a Jetranger .
An alternative method is look up what you think it is here http://laasdata.com/fra/index.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; , this shows N206HE as a Jetranger based in Weymouth.
So my guess would be N206HE , but that is just a guess.

Re: Jet Ranger INFO
Stan,
Jet Ranger III N206HE is Dorset based (Chickerell) so is probably the example you saw at Compton Abbas. Hope this helps.
