Thomson flight to Dom Rep from Man 15/09/2004

Hi all, I'm after a long shot I think but thought here would be the best place to start.
I'm trying to find the aircraft from memorable flights that my wife and I have taken over the years and decided to start with this one. We went from Manchester to Punta Cana on the 15th of September 2004. And returned 2 weeks later. It was a chaotic holiday as it was the first with our daughter and we got caught up in Hurricane Jeanne.
So does anyone know the aircraft that took us.
I know it might be a long shot but thought I'd try this date before I asked for a flight back in 1998 for our honeymoon to Kenya! Lol
