Hello
im wondering if anyone has a list of registrations of the many aircraft scattered around the dump?,i made several visits there in the 70's as a spotty youth and came away with a few "souveniers",but never took note of all the airframes,i recall a dutch dc7,a b720,viscount,a stratocruiser and many more,thanks......... .

If I remember there was also a dutch registered all white DC7 there aswell, near the other one, also on fire dump was Aeropa B707(N716HH), broken up circa September 1976

Hi, noted around the field @ Stansted on 4-6-78: N702PT 707 (17677) Perfect Air Tours; N714FC 707 (17592) Perfect Air Tours; N716HH 707 (17594) Aeropa; also around though not necessarily stored were 5X-UAL 707 (18580) Uganda Airlines; OY-APU 720 (18792} Maersk.
Present on 4-11-74 were DC4 G-AZSI (42987), G-BANO (42988), G-BANP (42951).
On fire dump 4-11-74: PH-DSL DC7 (45180) white; PH-DSO DC7 (45547) Martinair colours; and G-AMKY Prince (P50-36) CAA.
Logged 22-5-75 fire school 5Y-ALT Britannia (13431). I've also G-ALVS Dove (04199) CAA but no date but twas one of these.
If you look on Airliner.net photo site under Stansted fire school there are various pics. - Hope this may be of help - it's only 39 years ago - and can still remember it well. - Best wishes Pete

Ex Channel Airways Viscount G-ATVR was donated to the Stansted Fire Dump in July 1971 and broken up in May 1980
