Kai Tak odds and ends vol.1

Post by waghorn41 » Tue Sep 20, 2011 6:02 pm

Just a few to get you started; French registered Frelons, CAAC Trident, Brunei HS748, Philipines F27, Sterling Caravelle, Nomads CV880, FAA Sabreliner and an old prop job from Laos. Hope you enjoy. These pictures were all taken from my room at Kai Tak. Please bear in mind the age of these negatives and the fact that they have not been properly looked after

Well having a room with a view and camera permanently ready I photographed just about everything, civil and military, that passed through. Unfortunately to start with I only had an Instamatic and I can't get a neg holder to scan them in as my flatbed scanner has stopped talking to my PC. Anyhow, nearly finished scanning in all my 35mm stuff so expect some posting soon - just dug one out for the November 'specialist' comp :D
Not sure whether to post them by airline or type or just a random jumble

Great stuff, what a room that was!!!

I'd post them as a random jumble... Much more fun to view like that :thumb:
