Continuing with re-edits from Heathrow this time from 30th August 1971.

Thanks Stephen, these bring back happy memories, particularly the Sabena 707, as they punctually past over my Pennine home each evening at 6pm on their way to New York. Sabena always gave their reg as their call sign. Happy days.

Wonderful shots as always Stephen, they look like they were taken from the western end of car park 2 - I could be hopelessly wrong though!

BEA V951 Vanguard G-APEC final for runway 28R. Sadly, this aircraft crashed just over a month later, on Saturday 2nd October 1971, close to Aarsele, Belgium, killing all 65 passengers and crew on board.
