Great memories. First did Heathrow circa 1976. As a wee boy I found it fascinating.

ZZ330 I use a Minolta Dimage Scan Dual III. It is 10 years old now but still provides me with great scans. Worth a look on the auction sites you may get a bargain. Please be aware that I still use windows XP and I believe that there are issues with vista and windows 7 ( A quick search on google suggest that a fix is available? )

Steve, great photos there, superb quality! I love the Caravelle, 134 and IL-18! but all great to see! Just added you as a contact on flickr, will enjoy looking through your stream.

Wonderful shots from an age when aircraft were much more exciting than the Boeing/Airbus tedium of today!
On the subject of scanners I use a Nikon Coolscan IV ED and I've just moved to Windows 7 32bit OS. I installed the Nikon software but ran into problems and I couldn't use my scanner. So... I used VUEScan but wasn't happy with the results. Then I saw a post on an amateur radio forum about an item called 'Toolwiz'. I downloaded it and now I can use the Nikon software with my scanner!
If you have any problems running older software that isn't supported on newer OS maybe try running Toolwiz...
