YU-BTM C650 Citation VII departed 1304

Required the 2 Gulfstreams, the Netjets Hawker & the Citation XLS on the apron at 1304. I think one of the Gulfstream's might have been a VIP aircraft because it had some words above the cabin windows and a flag on the tail.Thanks
