BOAC VC-10

Well here goe's,, one Airfix VC-10 and a late BOAC decal sheet from F-Dcal..all I have to do is convert it from a K2 into a BOAC jetliner..it'll be fine.. :unsure: Will update as I build..

Excelent stuff... I have 3 unmade Airfix VC10 kits, an old K2, an old BA one and that one plus a vac form K3. Sadly I am really rubbish at these kits so they will stay in the box. Looking forward to you progress shots...

I might have a go at something like this, its good way to hide my (no) cockpit detail ;) :D

Cheers Ben, I've since won a civillian VC10 on Ebay so I'll be using that instead of converting a military one :)

I have a VC 10 in progress. I have some Braz engines on the way and it will be a std BOAC. I am after some more kits as I want to do a super in BA livery. i have some resin wing LE extensions and I will get some more Braz engines.
Just wish Airfix would re-release the kit, or do one in 1/72!
