SPOTM November 2018 'a photo taken from inside an aircraft'

sorry I've been a bit slow this month, here are the winning photos in the November 2018 SPOTM competition, the subject was 'taken from inside an aircraft'. We had an excellent selection of photos and some very creative ones as well.
the winner was Rainton20 (Ian Tate) with this excellent photo from/of Aerostar N70VB on approch to Ostend.

and we had joint 3rd places, Cessna954 (Neil Brant) with his air to air of (appropriately) a Cessna from a Cessna
and MikeS (Mike Stanners) with a Cargolux B.747 from a TUI B.737
