The subject for the competition was Grounded (Civilian aircraft that have been permanently grounded - for example abandoned, awaiting scrapping or in a museum but which as certain as possible will never fly again).

The winner was Owensy with this Viscount (or remains thereof) at Winnipeg taken in 1989:
