Towards the Unexplored: Edwards Flight Test Center
The motto of the United States Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) is “Ad Inexplorata” which is Latin for “Towards The Unexplored” and for the men and women of Edwards Air Force Base, it has always been more than just a motto, It has reflected an attitude extending from the Center’s past, through its present and onto its future.
