photo comps entries close tonight - Oh no they don't! read on

I've just realised that it's the 7th so entries for both comps close at 23.59 tonight. We are a bit light this month so let's have some more!

Flickr has been playing up all day ( it went off again about 20 minutes ago and was still off last time I tried to access it) so as it's deadline evening we are going to extend the closing time by 48 hours until 23.59 on Sunday in case anybody has been trying to post an entry but can't load the photo onto flickr to get the code.
this does not mean an extension to the date by which the POTM entries must have been taken, that is still 23.59 on the 31st May
