This is the voting poll for the February 2019 Special Photo Of The Month competition, the subject was ‘Jumbo Jubilee, 50 years of the the Boeing 747'

Thank you to everybody who submitted entries - we had 26 entries of a very high standard.
The poll is open to all registered members but you must be signed in to vote.
Please submit your THREE votes using the poll provided.

- You cannot change your vote once submitted and please vote for all 3 choices before hitting the submit button as you cannot go back to place 2nd and 3rd choices later
- Each of your three votes holds equal value
- The poll will run for 7 days from the time of creation
- Please don't vote for yourself! There is no way to enforce this, just an honesty policy
- Entrants are listed in alphabetical order for ease (with a short description to help identify the entries)
- Results will be announced on the photo thread in the usual manner and the winning photos will be posted in the Hall of Fame

the entries can be viewed here:

voting has now finished in this competition and thanks to everybody who entered and/or voted - a bumper crop of excellent entries that brought back a few memories for many of us.

First was Rainton20 (Ian Tate) with A6-MMM at Newcastle in September 2014 (9 votes)

second was BringbackEGDG (Stephen Rendle) with N743PA 'Clipper Derby' landing at Heathrow, August 1971 - the oldest entry - almost 48 years ago! (seven votes)

and third was Wiggy with a Rossiya B747 landing at Antalya (5 votes) just one vote ahead of 4 other entries)

well done to all of them and thanks again for supporting the competition

The winning photos have been posted in the Hall of Fame here: https://www.civilianaviation.co.uk/foru ... 12&t=32305
