1. Photographic images should only be posted in the photo sections and the maximum size is 1600 x 1200.
2. Images of military registered aircraft are allowed but they must be taken at a CIVILIAN airport/airfield and they should make up NO MORE than 10% of the content of a post. Warbirds which display military markings, but have a civil registration (sometimes not displayed), are acceptable.
3. Images of military aircraft wearing a military serial are not allowed in any photo competition, however warbirds which display military markings but have a civil registration (sometimes not displayed) are acceptable for competitions.
4. Military aircraft that attend civilian airshows can be posted as long as the bulk of the photos in the thread are of civilian participants, these photos can only be posted in the "Airshows/Events" area of the Photography section.

From today, we have decided to amend the rules to allow a maximum of 10% military content at civilian airfields only.
If you wish to post more than 10% then we suggest that as stated in the original rules they should be posted on our sister forum, fighter control, here's a link to the registration page if you are not already a member: http://www.fightercontrol.co.uk/forum/u ... e=register and you include a link to the FC (fighter control) post in your topic. Similar links to on-line photo albums containing the photos will also be acceptable.
We trust you will consider that this offers a small amount of flexibility which might help to give the full 'flavour' of a day out at a civilian airfield whilst still maintaining the general aim of the forum to be a civilian one.
