Hi, is there any other way to submit photos other than from Flickr please? Seems a rather convoluted way to have to upload twice.

There are other photo hosting sites (as Mike S has suggested above) but you still have to upload your images to one of them, and then paste the BB Code of each image into your post/s on here.

If I have posted an image on FB, can I then post a link?.

I've just tried and it only posts the link, you won't get the image to display I'm afraid, (see above) and if it's in a closed group the link may not open either

It only takes about 5 minutes to register for a Flickr account, about 30 seconds to upload a photo to it, then about 10 seconds to copy & paste the BB Code of each image into a post in here.

Facebook compresses the living daylights out of decent images and most members can't be bothered (me included) to click on endless links just to view what was once a decent photo that has turned into a badly compressed photo on someone's Facebook account. Most Facebook accounts & groups are set so that only friends or group members are the only people that can view the material within anyway.
