Re: Visit 15/10/2020
I've heard that Avatar Airlines are flying one of the BA 747's to Newquay- and apparently only one has still got it's four engines intact- so possibly the one- if you believe the info.

G-CIVZ positioned to Newquay from ex-storage at Cardiff on Sunday 18.10
More likely to be the one you’ve heard about

Re: Visit 15/10/2020
Cheers Bob
With so many rumours / hopes circulating about the BA Queens, it’s hard to keep up.
I was just surfing FR24 yesterday and picked it up. It could be part of the latest rumour, although BA are (reportedly) looking to move the remaining B744s from Cardiff. With Newquay hosting a reclamation / recycling company, anything is still possible...
Keep ‘em peeled

Re: Visit 15/10/2020
Since realised that HB-JGK is still present.
It is hiding behind G-CEHA.
As for Avatar Airlines, I doubt that they will be buying any B747.
