As stated, EZ-A106 B717 of Turkmenistan arrived shortly after 4.00pm 23-9-18 callsign TUA717.

Although showing the callsign as TUA717 on SBS, it was calling TUA3106 with ATC. It's in full Turkmenistan colours still.
