M-IVSP G-IV has been registered 2-TRAV
This is significant as it is a bit of a coup getting one from the Manx register.
It is also #13 ...or is that 12A
Did you know that registration to Civilian Aviation is completely free and brings you lots of added features? Find out more....

Re: My Eyes.......
I like the white fuse livery so far used,,,like the blue used and it is one of the better 2whuite fuse2 liveries that have been popular now for many years. Airlines are run by accountants and media image consultants. Whether it is actually smart or in anyway nice seems to be beside the point. So far...

Re: My Eyes.......
Thanks..sorry I didn't realise I'd double posted. I get the impression from some reports that not all the aircraft are to be repainted and none of the Embraers are planned. It remains to be seen what the next new delivery appears as. Both of these aircraft have been returned from the Brussels Airlin...

Aurigny Updated Livery
The ATR.72, G-BWDB was to leave the fleet. However with Flybe pulling out of Gatwick Aurigny became the sole operator. They have ordered an Embraer 195 and in the meantime are using G-FBEN of Flybe. They have decided to keep 'WDB as a back up and after a recent overhaul has appeared in a revised liv...

Re: Jersey to launch register
They were to be jointly involved with a CI register but weren't ready to go with Guernsey so broke away and decided to set up their own. I don't know if they are going to have a special arrangement to use extra letters. If they don't, they will be limited to three letter marks and that will put them...

Great memories, thanks for sharing
One small historic point, the One-Eleven, G-AZUK was used awaiting the delayed ATP deliveries. I flew in it from the CI to Glasgow

Re: 737 model kits
You could always lengthen a -300 or -500 for a -400. An all white fuse livery would make it easier to paint, and then get some decals form model suppliers. Some decal supliers using laser prnited decals will print out an odd size for you if the model was "box scale" Problem being, these sorts of mod...

Re: Guernsey launches register
They now have a non CI local take up Guernsey marks
Ex Air Dolomiti ATR.72-212A I-ADLO c/n 585, in store at Dusseldorf, has taken the marks 2-ASIA
From the information I have, this is the seventh aircraft on the register

Aurigny Embraer 195
With Flybe closing down Gatwick operations and so leaving Aurigny as the sole carrier on the route, AUR switch to jet operations on Sunday 30th March. Pending their own aircraft arriving in June, they are leasing an aircraft from Flybe. This of course is old news. The update is:- G-FBEN is the victi...

A.310
Out of LHR, down over Southampton crossing the CI at 16:40
Airbus A.310-304 just showing as A310 on FR24.
All white with darkish, maybe some red, markings on the fin/rudder.
No other info given on FR.
TBH it looked more like an A.300...but things can be deceptive.
