Hi Stan,
I wasn't aware that the Police used their helicopters to aid in medical emergencies. Good catch.

Hi Matey,
nit posting anything at the moment due to a technical problem with my I-Mac! I copied all my images over onto an external drive, for back up but I must have deleted something which has resulted in me loosin the copy and paste facilities!
What a pain eh!

Morning Guys n Gals,
now don't get me wrong, I'm a real helicopter fan but my god, is that one ugly design!
They always used to say that if it looks right, it'll fly right. Well if that was the caes this airframe should stay grounded.

Morning,
nicely put together but the big problem I have with electronic shutters is the effect they have on deforming prop motion. It just ruins the whole event for me and is the reason I will stick to stills.

Re: some oldies part three
Hi Frank, some corkers there mate. The thing that springs to mind on seeing these shots isn't the colour schemes etc but it's the differences in the engine sounds and that's what I really miss about modern aircraft. OK the latest machines are much more economical to operate, comfortable for the pass...

Hi Noryport, well thank you. The weather hasn't been of much cop of late, so I've spent my spare time tinkering in the garage and general messing about! Getting a bit rusty with the camera. The last shot I almost missed, as we were chatting and I didn't expect anything other than a landing! Regards ...

Great pics. Especially in the low light of the bottom hangar. The highlight for me is the mighty FG, but then I'm biased ;) Was good to see you today. Thanks for the f9 tip with the lens. Mr S. chuckled his way through about 250 shots after that today! Jo :ninja: Hi Jo, that was exactly the reason ...
