Nice photos. The headshot of the Ryanair is top.
Thank you :)
I'm really happy that this is my home airport.
Might be small, but you can get almost anywhere and the fence is about 10 metres from the taxiway, apron and general avitation apron

Two diversions + old ATR 42 and Lynx

Hello, I was at airport Weeze from about 8:45 till 12:00 for the C560. When I woke up I noticed the Wizz Airs holding due to fog so I went to NRN as soon as possible to catch them in case they diverted, and luckily, 2 of them did. :) Good to see some color at the apron. First the two Wizz Air arriva...

Sadly my JASDF didn't qualify as it is military, so here's my favourite 747 of the civilian side :)

Wow brilliant shots! I love Taxiway Q but how on earth did you manage to catch two passenger 777's on Taxiway Q!? :o The handful of times I've been there the only biggest ones I've seen are cargo's, only biggest passenger stuff I've seen is a 320! That Yantze must have been an amazing sight ...

Great pics. Thanks for sharing. Hope these notes help. The P-40 is actually ex 42-105915 - they got to six digits that year!! N147DC currently wears false marks '431312'. It used to wear its real identity 42-100884. Which was delivered in the same batch as the other Dak you saw N473DC/42-100882. F-...

Your unidentified Piper Cub isn't really a Piper, but a Wag Aero Sport Trainer, which is a modern homebuilt Cub replica. Registration is F-PZZE. Thank you for the info! I'm not jealous about those 2 A-10s at all. ( I was at Cherbourg so they must have got really close to me but nobody there knew an...

EHAM 25-01-2019

Hello all, On a cold, foggy and snowy day I went to Schiphol, hoping for some vortex shots. Sadly vortex was nowhere to be seen, as the aircraft disappeared about 10 seconds after liftoff. Nevertheless, I did catch some nice shots, so hope you enjoy: First we went to taxiway Quebec, where you would ...

JASDF 747s at Amsterdam

Hello, several weeks ago, mr. Abe of Japan visited Schiphol airport with two JASDF 747s. they were 20-1101 and 20-1102. After school I quickly went to Schiphol to catch them. I didn't have enough time to go to the runway, but I got them anyway. Enjoy: https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7815/46661914692_...

Normandy 2018

Hello all, This June I stepped up my spotting hobby by buying a camera. For the trip to normandy, I got to use my neighbour's canon 1100d with a 75-300mm lens. This was my very first time spotting with a "proffesional" camera. I must say I loved the results, but now looking back, the photos aren't t...

Hello, some pictures from a cloudy and extremely cold Weeze. Today some of the flights from CGN and DUS were flown from NRN due to a strike at their security https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4912/31751020567_33e63a6d2b_b.jpg M-YGIG by Zonan Adolfse , on Flickr https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4842/45968...

Re: December 2018 POTM voting pole

Oh well,
that moment when windows gives you a pop-up and you screw up every click :(
Therefore I clicked myself and when I tried to scroll down to read the rules I pressed vote, so I didn't even use my second vote.
Kinda feel bad about voting for myself, altough I didn't even want to

Hello from the Netherlands

Hello, I'm new here and like to introduce myself. I'm Zonan, 17 years old and I live in the Netherlands, about 2 kilometers from the German border. With that, I live about 5 kilometers from Airport Weeze (NRN/EDLV), which I therefore call my home airport, even though it's not even in my home country...

Heathrow July 19th 2018

Hello all, Since I'm pretty new to the forum, I figured I should upload some of my photos, so here are my highlights of my Heathrow visit. I flew from Weeze (NRN/EDLV) to Stansted with Ryanair, sadly litterally 1 week before my visit, Air Force 1 was at Stansted, so I missed it :( All these photos a...
