Thanks for the comment, I was surprised how many people were at this spot just casually watching goings on! I think we're we're pretty much the only spotters there!ott spotter wrote:i love leeds airport although i live miles away and been there only once but i still love that airport and your photos

Hi Gary
Nice work there! I'm told that the dispalys from G-JIII are very impressive, although I've not managed to see any myself (yet!)

Evening Visit To Manchester 11-08-12
Hi All A quick hour spent at Manchester this evening was very well timed with all the interesting bits we wanted to catch fitting nicely into it  9H-AEF A320 Air Malta, This is still in the colours of OLT Express Poland who went bust on the 31-07-12. I suspect that this was returned to Air M...

Hi Phil
That Dutch PA-28's scheme certainly puts it in a certain era! Although it does look quite good on it IMHO

I think the KingAir's are being partially replaced, all the recent calibration work at Manchester has been done by G-FCSL a PA-31

Very nice! (Not too sure about the skinny skids though, they don't look meaty enough for such a big heli!) And I notice Sven getting a good look too-loves his whirly birds does Sven!! :D Great pics  cheers Gary Thanks Gary :) I agree that the skids are going to need beefing up a bit if they...

Canadian 429 @ Barton 23-07-2012
Afternoon All This little beauty dropped in to Barton this afternoon to show of it's stuff to the North West Air Ambulance, it's certainly a load larger than the EC135's that they currently have now. It'd be nice to see them in operation in a yellow colour scheme but I guess only time will tell if t...

Re: Blackpool Open Golf Traffic(Updated With 22nd Movts)
Nicely covered there, interesting vantage point as well :) Some nice stuff there, a lot busier than Inverness last week for the Scottish Open - only 3 bizjets arrived for it I believe ! While it may be more than Inverness it's not the 60 aircraft that were being quoted... Although I reckon that was ...

Hi Gary
Top notch as always, I got Joel to pose the JetBox for me on Saturday & got some nice shots (and another offer of a seat!)
There was a lovely helicopter in Barton today (Just about to put some snaps up) which me & my dad managed to make a dash for during our lunch hour!
Cheers,

Nice selection there, I'm sure they could have made the special scheme a bit more than a sticker on the As355 but shouldn't grumble!

Hi Keith
That looks very much like the sister ship to OE-FAT that has been in the UK doing various demo's for sales as part of the new NPAS scheme...I wonder if this is doing a similar thing??
Cheers,
