Re: EDI 4/5/2015 PIC Heavy

Flippin heck, more variety there than I thought! Very nice set there!

Might be tempted to do some spotting/photting up there, are the spotting places accessible without a car by the way? I'd be looking at flying from Bristol. Love the shot of G-BYMK, cracking scheme I never knew existed

Re: Belfast International

I agree with PorkScratching there! But I'd say the Wizzair looks very good in that light, they are all great though!

Haven't been there before, is it worth a day trip? Or is it like Rotterdam, a flight now and then?

Brussels Airport 3 day spotting spree

Hello all, Yes, just as I recovered from Amsterdam, I was off again on a 3 day spree at Brussels Airport, a new one for me. It was also the first time flying on a Embraer 145 too, onboard G-RJXI from BRI to BRU. I've not finished the whole set yet, so like the Amsterdam thread, there will be updates...

Kemble Scrappies and GA's 02-05-2015

Hello all, Me and my mate went up to Kemble to see the scrappies and for the Bronco Fun Day, which was open for fly in's, although there were only a couple of visitors, the chilly weather probably put off a few more visitors. The rest of the GA's mostly comprised of the home fleet, G-CLEA, G-EHAZ, G...

Kemble visit 02-05-15

Hello all, I was at Kemble for the Bronco OV-10 fun day, quite a few things moved around, I'll update Maltatripper's list if that's ok, anything not listed (DHL A300 for instance) means it's still where it is from that list. In the scrapping area: TC-ATJ Atlas Jet - Tail/Nose cone missing TF-AMT Sau...

Really enjoyed looking through those. Sounds like you had a brilliant few days? Also shows you can get some fine pictures with a bridge camera - well done! Rich Yes was going to take the HS10 but didn't want to lug it around, might take it to Brussels Airport next week though if I can fit the bins ...

Re: Ok.. how about the Dornier Do-228

Brilliant pics of PH-CGN! I'd like to know the pilot who flies it  Is it normal to be thrown around, seen it twice at Amsterdam, did some amazing landings generally going over the spotting deck facing the runway at right angles then doing a steep low left turn and landing. Take-off's were prett...

Re: Amsterdam 22-23/04-2015

Thanks for posting always good to see pics from Amsterdam anyone know when Martinair MD11s will be retired?? I recall reading that Martinair announced to retire their MD-11 fleet next year, not sure if it's early 2016 or the end of 2016 I don't know. What with though I don't know, Triples maybe? Th...

Re: Amsterdam 3 day spotting spree 20/04 - 23/04 2015

Cheers guys :) Yes a wide variety of 'liners, the second day was much better with more cargo's, however the cloudy weather made it a bit more tricky, I've had to edit a lot of them to brighten them up. Shame I ruined one of the Air Bridge Cargo 747's, and missed the second Air Bridge 747 that came i...

Re: Heathrow Myrtle Avenue

Yes parked in the car park, usually someone is there that waves goodbye when leaving, but then I only go on a day that there is no football or leave when the football starts. Then again the times I've visited there just happens to be when they are going over the field in the morning, and as K.O time...

Re: London City assortment

Nice work for a bridge camera! Was the first one taken in the morning or evening? Looks like a very small amount of blur I am in no way complaining about nor am I criticizing this picture, it's still ace, but I am just wondering, as that's the sort of outcome I get in awkward light with my HS10 (tho...

Oh wow, quality ANA 787 shot!

Rest is brilliant as well, wish Asda would send me to Walmart near Memphis or something!

I like the Volaris 320 too, especially as I'm building a 1/144 kit with those decals :P

Thanks for sharing :thumb:

Amsterdam 3 day spotting spree 20/04 - 23/04 2015

Hello all, Spent 3 days in Amsterdam for a mega spotting fest at Schipol (well, did spend a bit of time in the city) but I tried to clear all my KLM's but that didn't happen, still need a small amount of 737's and a small collection of Cityhoppers, but the problem is they don't all come past the vie...

Re: Heathrow Myrtle Avenue

I recommend going round the corner to Bedfont Football Club. Guys there give you no hassle, and you are more side on to aircraft for photos. A couple of examples from ones I took there: https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7338/16338582406_51957ff48d_b.jpg Virgin 747 G-VHOT by james37611 , on Flickr https...
