Hi Mike, I managed to get about 2/3rds back out of them, absolutely no customer care or interest really. There was just one clueless gir (not her fault really) with no explanation of what was happening. They did at least find me a hotel for the night but I had to make my own way there or wait 3 hour...

They offered a flight from dusseldorf on Tuesday (this was on the sunday) but the first flight from Frankfurt was on Thursday!!
