Re: Heathrow Arrivals 24-01-2014
Andygolfer - No worries mate, I forgot to add in the original post that, of course, comments and constructive criticism is most welcome :) PorkScratching - Thanks for that, might try that one day maybe, though next time we might try departures and if they are departing the normal way, I believe the ...

Heathrow Arrivals 24-01-2014
Hello all, Tried two new (for me) photting areas at Heathrow yesterday, I've only ever been to the visitor centre, not great for phot's but was great for picking of serial's. The first set of arrivals is from the Bedfont F.C ground. Me and my mate drove round to Maccy D's after 2PM before the change...

Re: Kemble Airfield 20/01/2015
I've never seen it there but its probably been in the shed when I've been.
I've only been doing aviation for about two years so I've never seen one before, didn't know how rare it was until my mate said what it was.
Forgot to post the Jet2 pics, will do that when I'm back from work tomorrow.

Cheers Guys
Mike - It is indeed, Lufthansa's preserved 707. They've had an 'open day' before too, so you could walk around inside. Would love to have been there for that

Hamburg Airport 17th and 18th November 2014
Hello all, I've finally got round to putting these of Flickr, so I thought I'd share them on here too. I was in Europe for a week, but only had a day and a couple of hours on the morning of the 18th for photos and spotting before heading off to Hanover for non aviation stuff. I had to bin a lot of p...

Re: Aerolíneas SkyTeam livery
Indeed nice pictures Thanks for sharing!
I agree with andygolfer, seen quite a few different Skyteams but like seeing different operator ones. I actually like the Skyteam scheme and the Star Alliance as second best. The OneWorld one is ok but a bit basic to be honest

Re: Kemble Airfield 13/12/2014
Cheers guys :) I just had to change the camera setting to B&W, the sun glistening on the side just made it look like the perfect shot for that setting! Yes it is a shame the state some of them are in, especially the Corsair 747 which is looking more battered/weathered every time I've seen it. Surpri...

Hello all, A short collection of some stuff at Kemble last year in December, mainly for the new scrap arrivals which I needed for sight https://farm9.staticflickr.com/8598/15999505357_2382b1d958_b.jpg https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7496/16183468201_138ae69118_b.jpg https://farm9.staticflickr.com/863...

Re: Visit 29th December 2014
Has G-CELC gone? Not in the Kemble Storage list anymore...? Anyone know what's going on with N176SG, the ex-Qantas 747? Last I heard it was being worked on for export to some airliner in the US, last few visits I've done to Kemble it seems to be in the same spot and hardly looks like it's being work...

Saturday 27/12/14 lineup
Just a heads up, the line up is looking good for Saturday.
Flights from Germania, Balkan, Austrian Air and Jet2, and looks like a couple of Thompson extras, looks to be quite busy. The Germania is listed as a 'B75W', a 757? Would that be using someone else's 757 if so??

Has it? Balls, shame I was working that day or I would have copped the serial.
Not sure why it was HAY, Smartlynx is based in Lativa and Enter Air is Polish (or was it Swedish, can't remember)

Re: Lapland charter HAV8272?
Was a an Enterair A320 in the end, it appears to be HAY not HAV, operated by Smartlynx using it's A320 in Enter Air scheme (YL-LCM)
