It's not hard to find , go into the village and there is a 5 way crossroads, take the 'dead end' signposted one.
It's half a mile or so along a tarmac road (tree-lined avenue), then fork right near the house and round to the farmyard and that's it !

Apparently Adam West comes over (moderately) often, for signings & things, as friend Kenny is is Batman mad, I get to hear about it.
Kenny takes his Batmobile models to get them signed. Don't know about Burt Ward though.
