August Civilian Catchup

It's been a busy month and I've not been around on here too much, nor have I been able to get out and about! Here's a few photos from this month nonetheless. https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2938/14827162314_26188482c2_b.jpg AP-BHV | Boeing 777-340ER | Pakistan International Airlines by ChrisGlobe.co....

LH434 dumping fuel inbound Manchester

Here's A340 D-AIHP as DLH434 still dumping fuel at 4500ft on its way in to Manchester. You can also see the angle of attack in the final shot causing vapour to condense over the wings - something usually seen in fast jets, not airliners on approach! https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3898/14658326799_67...

737s are easy to fly!

For an hour's flight, I'd be asking to do circuits, rather than any sort of other flight.

Wow Andy, that post makes UKAR's approach to moderation appear "softly softly"! At the end of the day, this is a discussion forum, and discussions drift off in to other topics. People are more than capable of following discussions if they go off on a tangent, or ignoring those posts entirel...

Interesting - the next Embraer for delivery is due to be in this scheme, maybe they've changed their mind and are sticking with the white livery?!

Fair on what grounds? :???: They certainly don't have a right in law to stop people!

Revenue improved, and I believe it was actually profitable for quite a lot of her ownership, but she's now decided to rake in the £££ by selling it. Howev...
