I was speaking to a man from Sikorsky before Xmas and asked why Erickson S64, not Sikorsky, and he said Sikorsky sold Erickson the manufacturing rights due to poor sales !

Another Air Ambulance, but this one is the one with problems. It was in the grounds of a hospital in Northampton.
