Kemble 28-Aug-18
A catch up on latest at Kemble. Funny, how some frames languish for ages, whilst others quickly go. Love the pictures, the colour scheme and the rarity.
For me, a DC3 with turbos does not look right. Seems out of character. Much prefer old props !

Cracking shots on all three sets, Nick.
Nice to see a clear shot of the MRJ. (Never flew on Tuesday).
The Wings ATR72 must have been a nice surprise.
Well done.

Nice to see Newcastle being reported.
My first visit was back in 1984 and there was a roof viewing area, giving pretty good views.
My second visit, in 1997, it was gone !

Re: Farnborough 17-7-18
No problem with the size, but thanks for suggesting. Mine tend to average 1024 x 678. I use both MS Edge and IE11. It only seems to effect IE11 ...hey ho ! By my reckoning, looking at Farnborough Spotters website, already at least 10 frames have departed before the weekend. Thanks for the favourable...

Farnborough 17-7-18
Farnborough Tuesday. Funny old weather. Quite overcast, sometimes bright, sometimes dark clouds. Hot with a breeze. For me, Farnborough has always been about seeing latest types, especially airliner and commuter aircraft. We all know, that nowdays, several interesting aircraft will leave before the ...

Yeovilton July 7 2018
A scorching hot day, another venue that I like. Difficult at times with light for flying shots. Most of these pictures will be pseudo military, by nature of the venue. A highlight for me was this MS760 Paris biz / liason aircraft, a rare beast. https://farm1.staticflickr.com/921/42397506435_e8d71a7c...

You have done well there.
From the shadows, I guess the shots were afternoon, early evening.
I prefer Northside, but it can be a pain with the sun morning, midday.

Re: North Weald 30 June 2018 with wrecks
Some of those wrecks have been there for years. So, the black & white G-LUND makes for an interesting picture. Well done. Those wrecks could make for a caption competition. " It's not that bad, nothing that a touch of paint would not put right " " I think the pre-flight might take a bit longer than ...
