Re: UR-CZZ An-12 at Bournemouth
Many thanks gents, I don't get time to post much these days so I try to put up the more interesting bits and pieces. It was actually quite a stiff breeze blowing so it was a bit of a risk at 1/60th but I'm certainly very happy in the way they turned out. I am lucky to have access to many good spots ...

9H-PGS 2-EALA for the 340s. The 737s are quite frequently moved about so I've no idea which ones you saw and I'm not aware of a 146 in on that day

Re: Public Viewing Area
As far as I'm aware, the current plan is to make it into a staff car park. Whether that is still the case remains to be seen but I wouldn't hold your breath for it to reopen

Re: C-FTGX BT-67 at night at Bournemouth
Thanks Andy. If you believe what the owners tell you then it's going to fly off into the sunset one day to somewhere in France, have a complete overhaul and go into service hauling cargo somewhere less fortunate than here.... however I feel the reality, knowing they need CAA permission to fly in UK ...

C-FTGX BT-67 at night at Bournemouth
Evening all On Friday 4/1/19 I was lucky enough to be granted access to this turbo Dak to get a few shots after dark. The crew were busy preparing the aircraft for the next leg of its journey which was due to start the following morning so these were taken as quickly as possible to lessen my 'gettin...

Re: C-GEAJ Basler BT-67 at Bournemouth
Many thanks guys! whilst I agree with the remarks about the engines, at least it's a DC-3 variant that's still flying which, without the conversion, may well have been on the scrap pile long ago!

The Vanguard sim isn't from a real aircraft, it was built as a training aid.
