Boxing Day Heavies At Edinburgh
An excellent Christmas visit to family in the Edinburgh area allowed us to swing by the 24 approach on boxing day to catch the Turkish retro A330 'TC-JNC'. Managed a couple of other wide bodies too before the fingers froze (N190DN & A7-ALQ). https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/52589613484_0aac5556d7...

Atmospheric Newcastle Arrival
The regular Dubai Boeing 777-300 route is back to it's pre pandemic daylight slot and will again become daily from start of December. A6-EGM seen here landing on Newcastle's runway 25 as the heavy morning fog was clearing. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/52531410523_3aec182d36_o.jpg A6-EGM by , ...

Re: Durham Tees Valley 12/11/2017
Hi Propsmoke I live not too far from the airport so will often pull in if passing with time to spare. There are usually people about watching the planes - seems to be a mixture of families with kids and a few photographer types - can't say I actually know any of them. Winter timetable in operation n...

Re: PH-KZU F.70 Special Friendly Fokker NWI
Very nice - am I right in thinking the visit was a regular KLM service and the paint job was not done at NWI?
Would love to see it for myself - will be down at Heathrow in a couple of weeks and they still get a fair few visits from KLM F.70's, so fingers crossed.

Thanks for the comments folks - the landing Singapore A380 was taken from on-board a BA plane just after we had pushed back from T5 and started engines.
