Re: April 2021 Movements

Might be slack at the moment Mike, but at least a few nice ones in among your visitors, most airports are in the same boat, LPL is the same, mainly the odd biz jet, but tonight Wizz have three flights. When we stayed in Cullen a few years back, we paid Inverness a few visits and always got at least...

April 2021 movements

Slightly busier this month with the return of a few easyJet flights f&t Bristol, Loganair have re-started their service t&f Belfast (I haven't included any Loganair in the report) but there are many daily schedules that have yet to return. Based Coast Guard AW189s during April were G-MCGM & G-MCGN 0...

What a dreadfully sad sight that is, someone needs to end her misery before she starts to look any worse.

Thanks for posting them Oz, I had no idea that she was still there. :(

Yes - very much still active, they're just not as fast as us at approving new members!

I'm sure they'll get round to you in a day or two. :)

Hi, I am new to the group, do you know if the new viewing deck is open still or opening soon? Thanks
I shouldn't think so as it's inside a hotel and they are still closed due to COVID-19.

Re: Paris 1965 Air Salon

Does anyone have a full log for this show please? I have many of the registrations but am missing some especially the civil stuff such as the Finnair Caravelle and the Russian helis. The serial that I have for the Tu134 seems to be wrong (CCCP-45876). I have a code of 'F' for one of the Super Frelo...

Re: vertical stabilizer

Can someone tell me how many kg of downforce is produced by the horizontal stabilizer of an airplane (e.g. a320, b737, b747, a380)? At normal speeds or landings, any info is good. Or where can I look for these, maybe there is a table somewhere? Hi LH44, I've moved your query into this section as th...

March 2021 movements

I moved up here almost 40 years ago and this is easily the quietest month that I've seen for visitors and scheduled flights in all that time. No easyJet, British Airways or KLM schedules at all and very few Loganair flights, there have been no scheduled flights to anywhere South apart from the night...

That's really sad news, not just a great commentator but a great writer of advertising slogans like "A Mars a day helps you work rest and play".

RIP, Murray. :(
