Probably a massive improvement over a bridge camera but price is way over the odds
Have a look at MPB photography who specialise in guaranteed used Canon and Nikon
You could probably buy both for under £130
Or look at Ebay

Hi They're both excellent lenses and,to some extent,the wider 55mm of the one is more useful than the extra 50mm at the other end,because you can crop on computer but can't squeeze something too large in in the first place.
